Shipping Rates - US Only

• Orders $100 and up: Free economy shipping.
• Orders under $100: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on live USPS rates for your order and delivery address, so you only pay what it actually costs to get your gear to you.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During busy seasons and holidays, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, USPS economy delivery typically takes a few business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by the carrier or weather are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Free In-Store & Curbside Pickup

Prefer to pick up? Every order can be picked up free at our Hayward store — just select pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready. It's a great option if you're local or visiting the Hayward Lakes area.

Kayaks, Canoes & Oversized Items

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up after tracking says it was delivered, contact us within 30 days and we'll help make it right. A photo of any damage helps us sort it out quickly.
