Coming up on Oct. 27, 2018 - the Hospital Trail Run is a new trail run on the single-track and cross country ski trails surrounding the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. It is intended for all levels of runners – kids, first time trail runners and experienced experts are all welcome!
WHAT ARE THE TRAILS LIKE? We will utilize a mix of the CAMBA single-track mountain bike trails and the HASTA cross country ski trails. The trails are overall not technical and don’t have many rocks or roots. You can run in whatever running shoes that you have – road or trail shoes – no problem.
