Returns

OUR GUARANTEE:  Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase online or at our store meets your high standards or you can return it, period.With that said, we cannot accept returns of these items:
1. Swimsuits or Underwear
2. Sunglasses
3. Kayaks, Canoes, and Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP's) are subject to a 20% restocking fee (call for details)   

Within 30 Days of Original Purchase:  Outdoor Ventures will gladly accepts returns of unused AND undamaged with tags attached, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. We will credit your charge account within 7-10 business days or checks will be refunded within 10-15 business days.

Price Adjustment

If you purchase a Outdoor Ventures product, and within 14 days of the purchase date the price is reduced, we will be happy to refund you whatever the difference is between what you paid, and the current price.

All sales are on in stock items only, sales only last until we are out of stock.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on orders over $100.

Expedited shipping is only available Monday through Friday. All orders must be placed by Friday at 1:00 pm central. Packages will not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) because UPS-FEDEX are closed.

The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.
